Truck Driver HC MC

Crown Posture Bedding is located in Mt Waverley and has been manufacturing Australian made mattresses and bases for 30 years, with a major focus on customer service and high quality product.
 

The position available is in the Dispatch section, with the main roles being; truck regional truck driving/ interstate driving , loading trucks, delivering product, unloading, and warehousing.

Must have an HC truck licence or higher, and experience driving.

The successful applicant will work closely with, and report directly to the Dispatch manager.

The duties involved in the position include:

• Reading the order

• Using the order to accurately load the truck in the correct order of delivery, with the assistance of the Dispatch Manager and the Dispatch team.

• Using a run sheet to deliver products to each destination in order, and accurately delivering correct pieces to the correct destination.

• Assisting in the unloading of goods at each drop off point.

• General warehousing.

Manual labour involved, including some heavy lifting in teams and solo lighter lifting for loading and unloading.

English reading and writing skills necessary for reading orders and labelling goods for delivery.


Driving experience necessary.
