The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Contract Manager - 2IC to lead service delivery at Accor Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park.

This is a key leadership role with accountability for operational performance, client satisfaction, and team leadership across the site. You will lead from the front, driving a high-performing culture while ensuring exceptional service outcomes. You will be responsible for running major events, sporting fixtures, private functions and scheduled periodical works.

Full-Time Salaried Position
Monday to Friday on most non-event weeks. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays is essential for this role.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage site operations from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality across all service functions

  • Build and maintain strong, proactive client relationships

  • Ensure outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Drive team performance across supervisors, team leaders and cleaning staff

  • Oversee workforce planning, rosters, and labour optimisation

  • Ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and site requirements

  • Monitor performance against KPIs and implement continuous improvements

  • Manage budgets, reporting, and operational outcomes

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of your team


You Should Have

  • Experience in a site leadership or similar operational leadership role

  • Strong communication, client relationship and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams

  • Experience managing large or complex environments (events preferred)

  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Solid understanding of WHS and compliance obligations

  • Eligibility to work in Australia

  • Current Police Check
