Used Vehicle Sales Consultant – Hillcrest

We’re growing our team at our Hillcrest Used Vehicles location and are looking for an energetic Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to help customers find their perfect late-model pre-owned vehicle.

About the Role

In this position, you’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the entire sales process – from first enquiry to handover. You’ll be working with a well-presented yard of late-model, high-quality used vehicles, supported by a professional management team that values integrity, teamwork, and results.

What You’ll Do:

Engage with customers in the yard, online, and over the phone;
Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their needs and budget;
Conduct test drives and present product features confidently;
Maintain strong product knowledge of all current stock;
Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities through our CRM;
Work closely with the sales team, finance, aftermarket and management;
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in used automotive sales;
Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service;
Ability to work to targets and thrive in a sales environment;
Professional presentation and a high standard of integrity;
A current driver’s licence is essential.
