<li>has experience as a Mechanic / Suspension Fitter or a strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn</li>
<li>is eager to learn and improve</li>
<li>is reliable and shows up ready to work</li>
<li>has an interest in 4wding</li>
<li>has own transport</li>
<li>lives near Pakenham or willing to travel</li>
