Solar Electrical Apprentices

We are currently seeking motivated and skilled Solar Installers to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for those who are either starting out or already have experience as an Apprentice Electrician, especially with a background in solar electrical work.

With the growing demand for renewable energy, this is a highly rewarding and future-proof opportunity for those looking to develop their career in a booming industry.

This position requires not only technical skills but also strong communication abilities. We are looking for individuals who are equally comfortable working with tools and wiring as they are speaking with customers and collaborating with teammates.

You must be passionate about clean energy, sustainability, and helping customers reduce their energy bills through smart solar solutions. Enthusiasm for the solar revolution is a must!

We are especially keen to hear from:

• Apprentice Electricians with solar installation experience

• Individuals currently in their 1st–3rd year of apprenticeship

• Mature-aged apprentices with a strong work ethic and relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Install residential and commercial solar power systems to high standards

• Learn and assist with electrical wiring under current regulations

• Work collaboratively with the team for efficient and safe installations

• Manage time effectively and uphold industry and safety standards

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:

• Working at Heights certification

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

• White Card (Construction Induction)
