Bathroom Werx has been transforming bathrooms across Australia for over 40 years, restoring old bathrooms so they look brand new again without the cost of full renovations.

Due to growing demand, we’re looking for a reliable tradesman who takes pride in their workmanship and wants to be trusted to do the job properly.

If you have experience in painting, tiling, plastering, spray painting or general handyman work, we can train you in the specialised trade of bathroom resurfacing.

This is a full-time permanent role with consistent work, independence on the job, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a well-established national company.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Most mornings start around 7:30am. You’ll jump into your fully stocked company vehicle and head to your first job.

A typical day might involve:

• Preparing bathroom surfaces for resurfacing
• Repairing chips, cracks or worn areas
• Resurfacing baths, basins, tiles or shower bases
• Applying professional coatings and finishes
• Cleaning up and stepping back to see the bathroom looking brand new again

Most jobs take a two to three days, so you can focus on doing quality work without rushing between multiple sites.

You’ll generally complete 2 to 3 jobs per week and manage your own schedule and working independently in a fully stocked company vehicle.
