DXN Limited is an Australian technology company delivering modular data centre infrastructure across Australia and Asia-Pacific. With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Workshop & Production Manager to join our team. If you come from a manufacturing environment and want genuine ownership of production, quality, and safety outcomes, this is a rare opportunity to shape a facility as it scales.

As our Workshop & Production Manager, you'll be the critical link between engineering, project management, procurement, and the workshop floor, driving the safe, on-time, and quality manufacture of every modular data centre that leaves our facility.

What you'll be doing

•       Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team including trades and non trades

•       Owning the full production lifecycle — planning, scheduling, and driving on-time delivery of modular data centre builds.

•       Reviewing engineering drawings and providing practical, design for manufacture feedback into the tender and design process.

•       Championing our Integrated Management System across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

•       Driving quality control through Inspection and Test Plans, Factory Acceptance Testing, and non-conformance management.

•       Overseeing facility and asset management, including plant, equipment, and preventive maintenance programs.

•       Leading safety culture from the front — chairing toolbox talks, safety committees, and incident investigations.

What we're looking for

•       Trade qualification (Certificate III or higher) in electrical, mechanical, or fabrication, OR a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.

•       Minimum 7 years' experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or modular construction environment.

•       At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role leading multi-disciplinary trade teams (electricians and boilermakers preferred).

•       Experience managing workplace health and safety under WA legislation (Work Health and Safety Act 2020).

•       Confidence reading and critically reviewing engineering drawings — electrical single-line, mechanical/structural, or data centre layouts.

•       Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or willingness to obtain within 12 months).

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. DXN is going through an exciting period of growth, and this role offers a real chance to be part of that journey from the ground up.
