Joinery Installer

We are an established commercial Joinery Company located in Seven Hills, looking for a skilled Joinery Installer to join our team.

We work on custom commercial joinery and take pride in doing the complex, unique and hard to do items of joinery that other companies may not take on.

This is not just a role where you are installing basic cabinets every day. The work is different, detailed and challenging. If you are the type of installer who likes thinking through a job, working out the best way to get something fitted properly, and standing back at the end of it proud of what you have installed, this is the sort of company you should want to be part of.

We have been established for 6 years and we are stable. We can provide long term employment, and our goal is to bring someone into the team who wants to grow with the business.

We are looking for a skilled Joinery Installer who is confident installing custom commercial joinery, detailed joinery, feature pieces, kitchens, vanities, wall panelling, reception counters, curved work, and the sort of joinery that needs care and thought.

You need to be able to think outside the box. Not every site is straightforward, and not every answer is sitting in front of you. We want someone who can look at a job, think through the details, deal with site conditions, and work out how to get it installed properly.

The role is site based, working across commercial joinery projects.

You will be working with the team, but you also need to be confident running installs on your own when needed. We want someone who is happy working with others, but also has the confidence and skill to take ownership of an install and push it through.
