About the Role
Clarkson Ford is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing vehicle sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional experience throughout the buying journey.

Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and motivating the sales, finance & aftercare teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets and KPIs
• Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies for continued growth
• Providing coaching, training and ongoing development to our valued team members
• Overseeing the full sales process, Inventory controls and ensuring compliance with company standards
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and vehicle delivery
• A customer-centric focus that builds brand loyalty and lasting relationships

Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in a leadership role within automotive sales
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the retail sales process
• Ability to inspire can do attitude, develop and manage a high-performing team
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Current and valid driver's licence
• Full Australian working rights
