Finance Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of automotive and ergonomic office products and seeking a Finance Manager based at their manufacturing facility at Crestmead.
 
This is a hands-on permanent position and as the Finance Manager, the position plays a critical role in the financial management and control of their manufacturing facility. The position is responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, providing valuable insights to support operational decision-making.
 
The role:

• Ensure the management of all accounting functions

• Prepare annual accounts for internal/external audits

• Prepare ASIC company documentation

• Prepare and analyse annual and monthly budgets to access performance against business plans and forecasts

• Manage a small team

• Supervise all AR & AP processes

• Manage end of month reporting

You:
 
To be successful in this role, you will meet the following criteria:

• Degree in finance or accounting

• CPA Qualification

• A manufacturing/industrial background desirable.

• Reliable and ability to multi-task

• A can do, positive attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
