Spare Parts Interpreter (Full-Time)

All General Whitegoods are a family owned business established for over 35 years. We are service agents for major brands as LG, Ilve, Smeg, Bosch, Siemens, Sub Zero, Wolf and more. 

We are based in Wetherill Park. Our technicians service the Sydney metropolitan area.

We have a great team and family culture. We are looking for a team member who can handle pressure and still provide great customer service.  If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating good experiences this is the role for you. Immediate start.

Your responsibilities in this role will be:

·        Identifying spare parts from schematics.

·        Dealing with 20+ Manufacturers.

·        Using Manufacturers Website (training provided)

·        Over the phone sales (Internal and External Customers).

·        Over the counter sales.

To be successful in this role you will need the following attributes:

·        Mechanical Aptitude is an advantage.

·        Must be a team player and be adaptable to changes in the work environment.

·        Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

·        Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

·        Experience with parts or the whitegoods industry preferred, or an eagerness to learn

·        Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset.

·        Time management skills.

·        Strong customer service ethic.

·        Strong communication skills.

·        Friendly and positive attitude.

·        Well Presented.
