AWS is seeking experienced and professional Security & Concierge Officers to join our growing team for a prestigious corporate client.

About the Role

The position combines traditional security duties with concierge and customer service responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and staff while maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Access control and visitor management

• Concierge and front-of-house duties

• Contractor sign-in and site inductions

• Building security and patrols

• Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems

• Incident reporting and documentation

• Providing exceptional customer service

• Maintaining a professional corporate presence

Essential Requirements

• Current WA Security Officer Licence

• Minimum 5 years' security industry experience

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Professional presentation and grooming standards

• Strong report writing ability

• Intermediate computer skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport

Highly Desirable

• Concierge or corporate security experience

• First Aid Certificate

• Crowd Controller Licence

• Experience dealing with high-profile clients and stakeholders
