About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles, including engines, transmissions, steering, and braking systems.
Dismantle and inspect engine assemblies, transmissions, and other components for wear or damage.
Use modern diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electronic faults efficiently.
Replace or repair worn-out parts and reassemble components accurately.
Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tune-ups, and inspections.
Perform quality checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
Advise customers on required repairs, maintenance needs, and vehicle condition.
Keep up to date with advancements in automotive repair technology and apply best practices.
Follow all workplace health and safety standards.

Requirements:

Certificate IV in Automotive (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the automotive repair industry.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
