We are now expanding more and need a full-time Motor Mechanic to support our customers' needs.

Task & responsibilities

• Carry out various mechanical diagnoses and repair work, including general and logbook servicing, brake and suspension repairs, clutch repair and timing belts on a range of makes and models
• Identify and report defects, advise on repairs required for compliance and complete RWC certificates
• Be able to use modern diagnostics to tackle complex problems using computers
• Be able to replace timing belts
• Carry out roadworthy inspections
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure job completion standards.
• Must be able to maintain a detailed service record and ensure compliance with safety requirements
• Bring a can-do, proactive attitude every day

Required Skills

• You must have more than 5 years of experience as a motor mechanic
• You must be able to replace timing and drive belts
• You must be able to work on all types of vehicle models, including Audi/Volkswagen, Land Rover/Jaguar and other European vehicles

• Diploma of Automotive Technology
• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
• Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
• Must be a Licensed Vehicle Tester (RWC)
