Contract Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Contract Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the administration and management of client, supplier, and subcontractor agreements, ensuring contractual compliance, maintaining accurate records, and assisting operational teams in delivering high-quality services across our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and administer service contracts, subcontractor agreements, and client documentation. 
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies. 
• Coordinate contract renewals, variations, extensions, and amendments. 
• Maintain accurate contract records, registers, and document management systems. 
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders regarding contract matters. 
• Assist with tender submissions, quotations, and service agreements. 
• Monitor contract budgets, invoicing schedules, and payment milestones. 
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and contract-related documentation for management. 
• Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate solutions. 
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, workplace health and safety requirements, and company procedures. 

Skills & Experience

• Relevant qualification in Business, Commerce, Management, Contract Administration, or a related field. 
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in contract administration, project administration, or a similar role. 
• Strong understanding of contract management principles and documentation. 
• Excellent organisational and time management skills. 
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
