  • Liaise closely with the Workshop Controller, technicians and parts department to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly

  • Follow up parts orders and rebook customers where required

  • Accurately process job cards, invoices and warranty documentation

  • Manage customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating where required

  • Support pre-delivery and handover processes when needed

About You (Must Have)

  • Previous Service Advisor, Service Reception or similar customer-facing service experience

  • Background or aptitude in caravans, RVs, automotive or workshop environments

  • Excellent phone manner and confident verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to explain technical information clearly

  • High level of resilience and professionalism when managing difficult or emotionally charged customer interactions

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work toward practical, fair outcomes

  • Strong time management and organisational skills

  • Sound computer skills (dealer management systems and Microsoft Office)

  • Team-oriented attitude with a positive, professional approach

Day-to-Day Duties May Include

  • Meeting and greeting service customers

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Keeping customers informed of caravan service progress

  • Coordinating courtesy arrangements where applicable

  • Estimating costs and timeframes for service and repair work

  • Gaining approval for additional work as required

  • Following up customers and resolving concerns

What You Can Expect

  • Competitive remuneration package

  • Ongoing training and development
