Power Crank Batteries offers a unique opportunity for you to express your interest to join us at our newest Branch as part of our Sales Team within our Launceston based team.

Power Crank Batteries is seeking a motivated and experienced Storeperson. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong warehouse, retail, and operational experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming and outgoing freight.

• Warehouse and retail activities

• Manage drivers and ensure vans are checked and controlled for accurate inventory

• Maintain strict inventory control and stock accuracy

• Assist with stock ordering and supplier coordination

• Ensure high levels of customer service

• Drive branch performance and operational excellence

• Maintain workplace health and safety standards

• Charging of batteries.

• Handling paperwork with precision and a sharp eye for detail

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and ready for action

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong computer skills

• Warehouse and retail experience

• Proven inventory control knowledge

• Experience supervising drivers and managing vehicle stock control

• Valid forklift licence (essential)

• Valid manual driver’s licence (essential)

• Physically fit and able to lift 30+ kg

• Willing to work Saturday mornings (Rotational)

• Experience with Peach Software – training can be provided

• Battery product knowledge (advantageous)

• Strong work ethic with a drive for excellence
