Driveline Services is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations at our Acacia Ridge head office and distribution centre. What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high performance across all activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and supervising warehouse staff to ensure productivity and smooth operations
Managing inventory, stock movements, and warehouse systems
Overseeing receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory controls
Identifying and implementing operational improvements
Ensuring warehouse safety standards and compliance
Maintaining warehouse equipment, facilities, and processes
Training and developing warehouse team members
Coordinating with sales, manufacturing, and other departments to support business operations

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a proactive leader who enjoys solving problems and improving operations.

Ideal candidates will have:

Experience as a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
Experience leading and motivating teams
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience using warehouse management systems or similar software
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong focus on workplace safety and efficiency
