Labourers - Leaf Collection (Ballarat)

About the Roles
gforce is currently seeking reliable and hard-working Labourers to assist with leaf collection in and around Ballarat for a period of up to 3 months. This role involves outdoor work supporting seasonal maintenance activities across local areas.

What's in it for you?

  • $32.35 per hour
  • 9-day fortnight | 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Opportunity for ongoing work

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leaf collection and general labouring duties
  • Raking, shovelling, blowing, and vacuuming leaves
  • Safe handling and use of power tools
  • Rubbish and debris removal
  • Assisting with other labouring tasks as required

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A valid driver's licence
  • Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions
  • Ability to pass a police check, medical, and drug & alcohol screening
  • Required PPE: steel cap boots, high-visibility clothing, and wet weather work gear
  • HR/MR truck licence highly regarded, but not essential
