The Role

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Retail & Trade Sales Team Member to join our full-time team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our retail and trade customers — helping them find the right parts, providing accurate quotes, and building lasting relationships with our workshop and trade accounts.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We do have a rotating Saturday shift roster which you would be expected in being included on.

Key Responsibilities

•      Assist retail customers at the counter with parts, accessories, and product recommendations

•      Service trade and workshop accounts with professionalism and efficiency

•      Use parts lookup systems to identify and source the correct components

•      Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on trade enquiries

•      Maintain a positive and knowledgeable presence on the shop floor

•      Work collaboratively with your team to meet customer and business needs

•  Trade Deliveries

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

•      A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry

•      Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers

•      Reliability and punctuality — your team counts on you

•      The ability to work independently and use your initiative

•      Some experience in automotive retail, parts, or a related trade environment (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
