Tree Sales & Operations Specialist

As a Sales & Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing customer enquiries, preparing quotes and converting opportunities into sales while assisting with the sourcing and delivery of trees across Australia.

This role sits at the centre of the business, working with customers, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure orders are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound enquiries via phone, email and online channels
• Preparing quotes and converting them into sales orders
• Building relationships with landscapers, builders, developers and retail customers
• Sourcing tree stock from our national nursery network
• Coordinating and assisting with freight and delivery planning
• Following up quotes and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Working across digital systems used for quoting, order management and customer communication
• Assisting the operations team with day-to-day logistics and planning when required

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, working with customers and being involved in both sales and operations.
