About the role

· Provide technical support within Project and Service Teams

· Provide onsite servicing and commissioning of client systems

· Support pre installation planning and commissioning of Projects

· Provide phone support to established clientele

· Collaborate and share skills and experience with the technical team

· Be part of the on-call roster

About you

You’re keen to learn, people-focused, and confident engaging with clients. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and build trust quickly.

You bring:

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in systems including Integriti, Avigilon and Genetec

· A proven track record of meeting or exceeding clients’ expectations

· Substantial experience fault finding on enterprise-level systems

· A solutions-focused mindset with high professional standards

· Victorian Driver’s Licence, Security Licence and Cabling Registration

· A genuine desire to make a positive impact for both clients and the business
