Junior Finance Broker – No Experience Needed | Northern Beaches

A rare opportunity has opened for a motivated and outgoing person to join a well-established Northern Beaches asset finance brokerage.

Our client is looking for a motivated and passionate person who loves talking to people, thrives in a team environment and is excited to build a career in finance and sales.

Prior finance experience not necessary – full training and mentoring will be provided for the right candidate.

You’ll work closely with experienced brokers learning how asset finance works across cars, boats, equipment and commercial vehicles.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys friendly competition and working with a tight-knit team while developing lifelong sales and finance skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting senior brokers with client enquiries
• Speaking with customers about finance options
• Assisting with loan applications and documentation
• Liaising with lenders and dealerships
• Building relationships with clients and referral partners
• Learning the asset finance industry from the ground up

Once trained, you'll be workshopping your own deals, bringing in leads and owning the process from start to finish.
