We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our team at our Vehicle Preparation Centre Workshop. Our VPC is a world leading workshop facility, that prepares vehicles for delivery for a number of brands and dealerships.

This is an essential role in the dealership, providing the quality preparation of sold vehicles including fitment of accessories for our customers. With a supportive Manager we have a caring and supportive culture, that is focused on exceeding our Customer’s Expectations.

About this role:

· Lead the workshop team

· Create a positive workplace environment

· Coach and mentor workshop staff

· Customer interactions and road-testing

· Be committed to WHS practices

· Quality control

· Sign off on quality control documentation

· Adhering to checklists and strict quality control standards

· Comply with manufacturer KPIs

· Work with management to achieve business KPIs and targets

· Ensuring that all services and repairs conform to Company and Manufacturer standards

· Keeping technicians and detailers accountable for quality of work

· Oversee vehicle repair, procedures and warranty claims

Must haves:

· Previous experience and demonstrated success in a similar role

· High Level of professionalism

· Trade qualification, with strong leadership qualities

· Dealership Experience highly regarded

· Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in a busy fast paced environment

· Ability to interact and engage with Customers

· Team orientated

· Driven to maintain a high standard and reach KPI targets

· Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence
