Reporting to the Manager as the Yard Supervisor, you’ll manage the daily operations of our busy Warehouse Yard located in Rowville– ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity every step of the way. You’ll lead a small team, coordinate with internal departments, and keep everything running like clockwork. This is an on the ground role where you can get your hands dirty working directly with the team!

Duties

Lead by example to train and manage a small team of casual staff who are organising recycled products
Communicate effectively with managers, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
Ensure all procedures are followed correctly

About you

Current Forklift Licence and Driver’s Licence (essential)
Strong communication, and time management skills
Solid understanding of general Labouring work and have had experience in a labouring role leading a small team
Highly organised with strong problem‑solving abilities
