Air Conditioning and Refrigeration HVAC Apprentice

The Opportunity
Graymac, a leading provider of air conditioning and refrigeration services, is seeking experienced Air Conditioning Apprentices (2nd year and above) to join their team.

As part of this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative service on HVAC and refrigeration equipment

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Repair or replace faulty components to restore equipment to proper working order

• Ensure all work is completed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of all work performed

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients

What We're Looking For

• Current ArcTick Trainee Licence.

• SimPRO experience is an advantage

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently

• A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
