We're seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Factory Cleaners at our state-of-the-art soft drink manufacturing facility.

About the Role

• Position: Factory Cleaner

• Company: International soft drink manufacturer

• Location: Condell Park, NSW

• Shift: Afternoon shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

• Pay Rate: $36.91 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain factory floor areas, production lines, and equipment

• Sanitize work surfaces, machinery, and food contact areas according to food safety standards

• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and machinery

• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures

• Maintain hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations

• Handle and dispose of waste materials responsibly

• Report maintenance issues or equipment problems

• Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to manufacturer instructions

• Maintain detailed cleaning logs and documentation

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in industrial or factory cleaning (desirable)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and heavy manual work

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work

• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently

Requirements

• Must be legally entitled to work in Australia without restrictions

• Permanent residents or citizens only (no student visas, even with unlimited working rights)

• Basic English language skills for safety and training purposes
