Pastry Chef for an Artisan Bakery! Dröm Bakery is urgently looking for Pastry Chefs who possess the following skills and experience:

• A passion for producing consistent high-quality pastries & other baked products

• Excellent knowledge and experience in basic baking techniques and styles and the use of commercial kitchen equipment and tools

• Experience in baking croissants is a must

• A strong background in utilising high-quality ingredients

• A knowledge of all food safety standards

• A professional attitude in the pastry kitchen at all times

• The ability to follow instructions

• A love and passion for making and creating marvellous baked treats

• The ability to persevere and succeed in a fast-paced environment

• A keen eye for detail

• A team player

• A desire to succeed in a progressive career in the food and hospitality industry

• Have the proper permits to work in Australia
