Beauty Therapist

We are seeking skilled and personable Beauty Therapists to join our team and deliver a comprehensive range of professional beauty treatments and services, ensuring a high standard of client care and satisfaction.

Task & responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client consultations to assess skin type and beauty needs, perform skin analysis, and recommend suitable skincare treatments and cosmetic solutions.
• Provide a range of professional beauty treatments including facials, skin therapies, and specialised skincare services to improve and maintain healthy skin.
• Deliver body therapy services such as relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and pregnancy massage to support client wellbeing and relaxation.
• Perform facial hair removal treatments using threading and other appropriate hair removal techniques.
• Provide specialised eye and brow services including eyelash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, and tinting of lashes and eyebrows.
• Evaluate beauty therapy treatments, techniques, and skincare products to ensure high service standards and optimal client outcomes.
• Offer professional advice to clients on skincare routines, cosmetic products, and after-treatment care, assisting them in selecting products suitable for their individual skin types and concerns.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and skincare recommendations, ensuring confidentiality and professional standards are upheld.
• Manage client bookings, coordinate appointments efficiently, and maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment environment.

Qualification & experience

• Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and makeup application.
• Experience in eyebrow and eyelash treatments is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional salon environment.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
