Full-Time Carpenter (multiple positions)

Nomt Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based steel fixing contractor specialising in the installation of steel reinforcement for residential and commercial concrete structures. We work across a range of projects, including slabs, footings, columns, beams, and precast elements, and are known for our safety-focused and professional approach.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated full-time Carpenter (multiple positions available) to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on carpentry work supporting steel fixing and concrete construction activities across multiple Sydney sites.

Task & responsibilities

Carry out carpentry works associated with steel fixing and concrete construction

Assist with formwork and precast carpentry tasks

Measure, cut, assemble, and install timber and related materials

Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications

Work collaboratively with steel fixers, concreters, and site supervisors

Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with WHS requirements

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment on site

Qualification & experience

Trade qualification in Carpentry (essential)

Relevant licence preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience (2–3 years strongly preferred)

Exposure to formwork and precast carpentry

Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
