Truck Mechanic – Ingleburn

We are looking for a qualified heavy vehicle mechanic to work full-time and assist with our fleet of trucks and trailer repairs. 

About Company

Multiquip is a company that dedicates its services to the poultry industry in Australia. Our company is involved in the transportation of live birds from breeder farms and growing farms to processing plants, including feed.

  • Fulltime role – Monday to Friday with Saturday rotating roster
  • Overtime Available
  • Dayshift/Nightshift available
  • Base hourly rate between $38 - $43 an hour

Task & Responsibilities

  • Truck, trailer and machinery service and repairs
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Experience with finding mechanical faults within our vehicles
  • Experience in repairing mechanical equipment
  • Maintaining a safe working environment within the workshop

Qualification & Experience

  • Diesel mechanic trade qualification
  • Experience performing routine services, maintenance, and repairs
  • RTA and aircon ticket (desirable)
  • HR Licence is required (HC or MC will be desirable or if willing to upgrade)
  • Able to work at our Depot's
  • Having strong knowledge of Scania Trucks. (Desirable)
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to OH&S / WHS policies and guideline procedures and regulations.
  • Meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Forklift Licence (desirable)
