We're looking for an experienced phone technician who has experience repairing mobile phones, tablets and gaming consoles. Must be experienced working autonomously and able to manage various customer tickets at a time.

Task & responsibilities
- Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
- Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
- Adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
- Installing and downloading appropriate software
- Ensuring efficient use of applications and software
Qualification & experience
- At least three years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification
