$79,000 - $85,000 Annual

We are seeking full-time Sports Development officer to join our team. You will be responsible for:

  • Plan and deliver tennis programs for juniors, adults, and social players to increase participation and retention within the club.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to attract new players, including beginner clinics, school partnerships, and community outreach activities.
  • Coordinate coaching activities and support player progression pathways from entry-level to competitive play.
  • Organise club competitions, tournaments, and social events to enhance engagement and regular involvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community groups, and tennis organisations to strengthen participation opportunities.
  • Monitor participation levels and program outcomes, while assisting with funding applications, reporting, and ensuring compliance with safety and governing body requirements.

The positions will be a full-time position. 

Qualification requirement:

  • AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma.

Experience alternative (if formal qualification is not held)

  •  Minimum 3 years relevant work experience may substitute the formal qualification.
