Our Client:

Duties:

Your primary function is to speak to warm prospects that the business acquires through various marketing methods and schedule them for a tailored appointment with one of their Senior Property Specialists.
  
You will be one of the first points of contact with their warm prospects so it is essential that you are warm, caring, sharp, and professional.
   
Specific requirements:

• Seeking motivated and ambitious individuals who demonstrate initiative, excel in teamwork, and are quick learners.
• Solid ‘on phone’ experience with good influencing skills
• Applicants with some exposure to Real Estate will be viewed with preference (investors personally or worked in Real Estate, Broking etc)
• Be coachable, hard working and committed
• Have a demonstrated ability to hit KPI’s
