About the opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Manager Clinical Safety & Quality to join our Brisbane‑based Support Services team in a full‑time permanent capacity. In this pivotal leadership role, you will provide expert clinical governance and quality improvement leadership across our Home Community Support services. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will drive best‑practice clinical safety systems, lead complex incident investigations, and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly influence the safety, quality and effectiveness of care delivered to clients across a large, complex and multi‑site organisation. This is an opportunity for a clinically credible leader to shape quality outcomes at scale and make a meaningful impact on the lives of older Australians. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical governance and quality improvement leadership across At Home Support services.Ensure clinical safety systems and principles are embedded and aligned to best‑practice care delivery.Lead clinical and client incident investigations using root cause analysis methodologies.Develop, implement and review clinical policies, procedures, audits and quality improvement initiatives.Analyse clinical and quality data and prepare high‑quality reports and recommendations for executive stakeholders.Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to support care effectiveness and compliance outcomes.Engage with external regulatory bodies, including the Department of Health and Aged Care and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.Coach, educate and uplift clinical governance capability across the organisation. About you: Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience, with demonstrated expertise in clinical governance and quality systems.Proven experience working within aged care, with strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards.Strong capability in risk management, continuous quality improvement and data‑driven decision‑making.Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.Comfortable working in complex, fast‑paced and multi‑site environments.
