Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our Gold Coast team.

About the Role

This is a full-time, office-based role located at our Coomera headquarters.

You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while actively generating new business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.

Your role will include:

• Managing a portfolio of existing KBS clients and key accounts
• Responding to incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Conducting sales calls and client meetings
• Preparing quotes, proposals, and order documentation
• Following up opportunities and converting leads into sales
• Building long-term relationships with sporting organisations, schools, clubs, and businesses
• Working closely with our design and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Assisting clients with product recommendations and uniform solutions
• Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and internal systems
• Supporting online merchandise store opportunities for clubs and organisations
• Achieving individual sales and account management targets

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, highly motivated, and genuinely enjoy building relationships with people.

You will have:

• Previous sales, account management, or business development experience
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent phone confidence and professionalism
• High attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Confidence learning new systems and software
• A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in sportswear, apparel, uniforms, or promotional products
• Existing relationships within schools, sporting clubs, or community organisations
• Experience using CRM systems or project management platforms
• Understanding of custom manufacturing or production processes

Job Details

Location: Upper Coomera, Gold Coast QLD
Job Type: Full-Time (38 Hours Per Week)
Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$70,000 per year
