About the Role
This is not a transactional sales role.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about building meaningful, long-term customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences. You’ll work closely with an experienced Sales Director, gaining mentorship while also having the autonomy to manage and grow your own portfolio.
You’ll use modern tools (including HubSpot) to stay organised, track opportunities, and build a structured, scalable sales pipeline.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and nurture relationships with clients across healthcare, aged care, corporate, and government sectors
Manage and grow existing customer accounts with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Identify new business opportunities within your network and target industries
Travel to client sites (including regional areas) for meetings, fittings, and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, reporting, and follow-ups
Contribute ideas and initiatives to drive growth and improve customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
Experience in uniform sales (perhaps you are a Sales Coordinator looking to take the next step?)
A natural relationship builder who values trust, service, and long-term partnerships
Someone who is coachable and open to mentorship from senior leadership
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
Strong organisational and communication skills
Willingness to travel (including regional NSW)
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
