Technical Sales representative

Role Purpose

The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, providing expert advice on education solutions, and supporting business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement

Key Accountabilities

• Promote and sell international education services to prospective clients and business partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Australia market and globally in study destinations such as Malta, Dubai, Malaysia, Spain, Germany, Italy 
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service information to potential customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, education providers, and strategic partners in Australia and globally Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development. 
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth across assigned regions in Australia and globally
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and service uptake. 
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development outcomes and report regularly to sales management 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Personal Competencies

• Work experience in international education industry will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of Australian education framework and student visa system is desirable.
• Proven record of managing a team of sales professionals in the past.
• Excellent Communication skills - both written and verbal
• Excellent Customer service skills - delivery is the key.
• Must have a strong business acumen and understanding of Lain American market

Experience and Qualifications

Must have a relevant Bachelor degree and/or 5 years of relevant experience in the field 

Funcional Competencies

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Fluent in both English and Spanish is highly regarded
