THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Solar Sales Manager to build, train, and lead small door-to-door lead generation teams while managing and scaling a team of solar sales consultants.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands door-to-door, knows how to drive KPIs, and can turn leads into consistent installs. You’ll be rewarded with a competitive retainer plus uncapped commissions tied directly to team performance.

We also have confirmed call centre appointments for the team to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, build, and manage door-to-door lead generation teams and consultants across QLD, NSW and TAS.

  • Train and coach lead generators on scripts, mindset, and performance

  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for lead generation

  • Manage and mentor solar sales consultants

  • Ensure quality appointments and high conversion rates

  • Oversee sales pipeline from lead through to signed contracts

  • Monitor CRM, lead quality, and consultant performance

  • Drive sales growth and continuous improvement across teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing door-to-door or field sales teams

  • Strong understanding of the solar sales process

  • Experience in recruiting, training, and motivating salespeople

  • Ability to hold teams accountable to performance metrics

  • Confident leader with a results-driven mindset

  • Experience managing consultants and closing high-volume deals

  • Ability to work autonomously and build scalable systems
