Store Manager

Position Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of Diversified's receiving, warehousing and distribution services. You will oversee the end-to-end supply chain within the facility, ensuring that materials, equipment, and supplies are managed, maintained and distributed to support project requirements. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on supervision, requiring a leader who is committed to operational excellence, WHSEQ compliance and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Direct the end-to-end receipt, storage and dispatch of goods to ensure operational efficiency.

• Maintain precise inventory control through regular cyclical and full stocktakes.

• Monitor and manage stock-on-hand, including the procurement and allocation of project-specific materials (cables, connectors, etc.).

• Optimise warehouse space and equipment usage to meet budgetary and operational targets.

Operational Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely distribution and supply chain fluidity.

• Coordinate delivery schedules and utilize computerized tracking systems for accurate reporting.

• Provide support for national warehouse initiatives and assist with general site facility maintenance.

• Maintain precise documentation and records in alignment with corporate policies.

Leadership & People Management

• Supervise and motivate your team to achieve daily productivity targets.

• Conduct team briefings and manage performance

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure professional service delivery.

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control and team leadership.

• Exposure to AV industry is desirable

• Proven proficiency ERP systems and MS Office skills.

• In-depth knowledge of WHSEQ regulations and ISO quality standards.

• Exceptional communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Possess a forklift licence.

• Manual drivers licence is desirable

• Citizenship or PR right to work is desirable.
