Pacific Glory Enterprises Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead daily operations and drive strong business performance across our 7-Eleven retail store. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the store meets all operational, financial, and compliance requirements.

The Retail Store Manager will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, optimising store presentation, and supporting the ongoing success of the business.

Task & responsibilities

• Determine the stock levels and service standards to support efficient retail operations
• Plan, organise, and oversee the daily operations of the convenience retail site
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock ordering, and maintain accurate stock and financial records
• Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, marketing, and promotional strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives
• Manage store merchandising, in store presentation, and promotional activities
• Provide high-quality customer service, including selling products and advising customers on product use
• Prepare budgets, sales reports, and operational forecasts, and analyse business performance data
• Recruit, train, roster, supervise, and manage staff performance
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, environmental protocols, and food safety requirements
• Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and operational issues promptly and professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and franchise partners
• Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and legal obligations across the business

Qualification & experience

• Completion of an AQF‑relevant Diploma
• Minimum two years' experience as a Retail Manager
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Sound understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
• Ability to analyse sales data and implement improvement strategies
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
