RETAIL MANAGER

Aadya Ventures Pty Ltd T/A “Ambey’s Big Apple” is currently seeking a full-time Retail Manager for our business located in Wentworthville. 

Your duties will include:

• Determine optimal product mix and stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Monitor inventory to ensure freshness and availability of products.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of goods. 
• Implement strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Train staff to provide knowledgeable and friendly service.
• Develop and execute in-store promotions and advertising campaigns.
• Conduct marketing to increase store visibility.
• Utilise feedback to tailor offerings to community preferences. 
• Recruit, train, and supervise store personnel.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment. 
• Prepare and manage store budgets and financial reports.
• Analyse sales data to inform business decisions.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions and expenses. 
• Ensure store operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the store. 

In return you will receive:

• Package: $79,000-$82,000 per annum plus superannuation
• Position: Full time (38 hours a week)
• Ongoing support from our team

Requirements of position

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
