Store Manager

Our Brisbane DFO store is looking for an experienced, motivated Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and maintain our high standards of customer service and brand presentation.

As the Store Manager at Brisbane DFO, you will be the face of the brand in-store, responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales, and ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable shopping experience. You will have full accountability for customer experience, store operations, team development, and achieving sales targets.

• Lead, coach, and develop your retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals.

• Drive sales performance, including Sales Per Hour (SPH), ATV, and UPT, while managing wages efficiently.

• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing staff who embody the Baku Australia brand values.

• Ensure the store is visually compelling, well-merchandised, and aligned with brand standards.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

• Monitor store performance through daily and weekly reporting, implementing strategies to improve results where necessary.

• Maintain compliance with operational policies, inventory procedures, and loss prevention measures.

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team.

• Commercially focused, with experience achieving sales targets and driving hourly productivity.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Highly organised, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• $70,000 – $90,000 PACKAGE per year
