FoodEase, a well-established Indian supermarket in Manor Lakes, is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Manage daily store operations, staff, stock, sales performance and customer service while ensuring compliance with retail and safety standards.

Task & responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage the day-to-day operations of the supermarket
• Supervise and train retail staff to maintain high service standards
• Manage stock ordering, inventory control and supplier coordination
• Implement sales strategies to improve revenue and customer retention
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health & safety and retail standards
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service improvement initiatives
• Monitor budgets, sales performance and operational costs

Qualification & experience

• Minimum two (2) years’ relevant work experience as a Retail Manager or similar role
• Diploma or higher qualification in Retail Management, Business, Commerce or a related field
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Proven experience managing supermarket or grocery retail operations
• Ability to work full-time on a long-term basis
