About The Role The Stores Person sits within our National Warehouse & Logistics team within our Operations division. Reporting into the Logistics Manager, you will be based out of our North Ryde laboratory on a full-time permanent basis.Your key responsibilities will include: Receive, receipt and put away of orders Assist to maintain stores area by ensuring adequate supplies are available Assist in regular stocktaking program for investory, as required Maintain a clean and efficient work area About You This role would suit someone with previous experience and sound understanding in warehousing, storage and distribution, with a desire to work in a busy warehouse environment.To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the below critiera: Physically able to lift up to 15 kilograms with an acute awareness of safe warehouse practices to handle cartons of various sizes and lifting heavy weights A current full (unrestricted) driver licence is required A forklift licence is required Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills Commitment to maintain, and adhere to, safety guidelines in the workplace Ability to work autonomously, manage and take ownership as well as work collaboratively in a group environment SAP knowledge is advantageous We believe everyone leads, no matter what role they are in.
