Retail Supervisor – Ghanda Clothing

As the Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of up to 30 team members. You will work to ensure that Ghanda’s values are maintained and that the store meets visual merchandising standards and sales targets.

Task & responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train a team of up to 30 team members, ensuring high performance and teamwork
• Maintain store presentation in line with Ghanda’s visual merchandising guidelines
• Work with the Stock Allocator to ensure appropriate stock levels and maximise floor space efficiency
• Prepare store rosters, sales reports, and monitor compliance with store/team procedures
• Ensure prompt, high-quality customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage store operations, including staff scheduling, hiring, training, and evaluations
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and pricing

Qualification & experience

• Proven experience in a retail or hospitality supervisory role 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and motivate a team
• A customer-first approach and an understanding of retail sales and customer service principles
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle stock control, merchandising, and staff performance management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage the store’s day-to-day operations
• Previous experience in a retail or fast-paced customer service environment is preferred
