The Retail Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations to drive sales, profitability, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service. 

This role ensures the store operates efficiently, meets brand standards, and develops a high-performing team.

Meeting minimum operational standards

Staff recruitments, Train staff, Prepare Roasters 

Develop new marketing plans & policies for the business 

Responsible for all the operations & action in the store

Perform customer service duties, operate cash drawer, and check out area 

Plan & control the overall budget and achieve financial goals of the business 

Motivate team members, manage staff and their supervision and maintain high standards of customer service in the store.

Ensuring health and safety policies are strictly followed by everyone and implemented where required

Negotiate with various suppliers to buy goods at the best possible price 

Qualification & experience

Diploma of Hospitality Management

Minimum 3-4years of work experience in a manager position
