Store Manager

5 ABI Pty Ltd, trading as Domino’s Denman Prospect, is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff performance, ensure compliance with franchise standards, and drive sales and operational efficiency. This full-time position is responsible for implementing operational systems, supervising team members, managing inventory and financial performance, and maintaining compliance with workplace and food safety regulations.

Task & responsibilities

• Implement franchise operational, marketing, and customer service policies in accordance with brand standards.
• Plan and coordinate daily store operations to achieve sales, service, and performance targets.
• Manage inventory, supplier orders, and stock control systems to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate financial records including daily takings, cash handling, and budget reporting.
• Recruit, train, roster, supervise, and support staff in line with workplace and safety regulations.
• Monitor store performance and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, food safety standards, and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Support and implement local marketing initiatives aligned with national franchise programs.

Qualification & experience

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Management, or Hospitality; or at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in fast food or hospitality management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a quick-service or food retail environment.
• Strong operational management and team supervision skills.
• Sound knowledge of WHS, food safety, and customer service compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
