The Trustee for Hari Grocer Unit Trust T/A IGA Local Grocer Buderim is seeking a full-time Retail Manager to join their dynamic team at Cnr King & Mill Road, Buderim 4556 QLD.

Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and product availability.
Lead, train, and supervise store staff.
Implement sales and promotional strategies to drive revenue.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and store targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and store policies.
Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and pricing standards.
Address customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
Analyse sales and customer trends to make informed business decisions.

Qualification & experience

Skills Required:

Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.
Strong customer service and communication skills in retail.
Demonstrated leadership in supervising and motivating teams.
Competent in developing and executing sales and marketing plans.
Proficiency in budgeting and financial record-keeping.
Knowledge of operations and inventory systems.

Experience Required: Minimum of one year of professional experience as a Retail Manager.

Good Salary Package: $78,000 plus Super
