DHS HOLDINGS WA PTY LTD, trading as Cellarbrations Huntingdale, is a well-established retail liquor business seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Task & responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating the daily operations of the retail liquor store
  • Managing stock levels, ordering inventory, and liaising with suppliers
  • Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to maximise revenue
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving customer complaints
  • Recruiting, training, supervising, and rostering staff
  • Maintaining records of stock, sales, and financial transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing laws, workplace health and safety regulations, and company policies
  • Managing budgets, controlling costs, and preparing reports for the Director
  • Overseeing visual merchandising and promotional activities

Qualification & experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
  • Sound knowledge of retail operations and stock control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of WA liquor licensing requirements (preferred)
